1. Studio Use & Payment

​

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment in full has been received. All fees are tailored to the project and will be agreed upon in writing prior to the booking.

• Payments are non-refundable except at our discretion. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, though rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

• The studio must be used respectfully. Clients are liable for any damage to equipment, furnishings, or property.

 

2. Guest Recordings & Permissions

• By appearing as a guest in any recording session at Showtime Podcast Productions, you hereby grant permission to record, use, publish, or otherwise distribute the audio and/or video material.

• This permission extends to use of your name (or pseudonym), photograph, likeness, biographical information, handouts, quotes, or materials derived from the interview.

• Recordings may be edited, combined with other interviews, or shortened at the producer’s discretion. Not all material recorded may be used.

• Distribution includes, but is not limited to, posting on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon, Google, TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and associated websites including The Martin Talk Show (previously known as The BTS Creative Academy).

• No guarantee of privacy can be offered. Once a recording is published online, it may be downloaded, shared, or redistributed beyond our control, even if later removed by the host.

• Guests waive all rights of approval, royalties, compensation (present or future), or claims arising from the use of their recorded material. This includes, but is not limited to, claims relating to invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity.

3. Production Services & Content Ownership

​

• Where Showtime Podcast Productions provides podcast production services (recording, editing, mixing, or publishing), we retain all rights to the content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Content may be used, promoted, and distributed in full or in part across multiple channels for marketing or editorial purposes.

• Clients may request separate licensing or ownership agreements, which will be subject to additional terms and fees.

4. Training & Workshops

​

• All podcasting, presenting, or public speaking training is provided as guidance and advice only.

• No guarantee of results or outcomes can be given. All training is undertaken without prejudice, and participants accept that results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

• The trainer and company accept no liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the application of training advice.

5. Liability & Technical

​

• While every effort is made to ensure high-quality recordings, Showtime Podcast Productions is not responsible for technical failures beyond reasonable control (e.g., power cuts, internet issues, third-party platform downtime).

• Clients are responsible for backing up their own recordings unless explicitly agreed in a production package.
